Screen Printing

Screenprinting is the most commonly used method of printing t-shirts. Screen printing transfers a stenciled design onto the t-shirt using a mesh screen, ink, and a squeegee. Designs may use just one shade of ink or several. For multicolored designs, the colors must be applied in individual layers, one at a time, using separate screens/stencils for each ink color.
